MOUNTAIN BIKE TOURISM CREW MEMBERS
Vertigo Mountain Biking, Derby Tasmania
- Full-time / Permanent Position $50,000pa + Superannuation
- Full-time / Seasonal Contract (Oct - May) $35,000 + Superannuation

VertigoMTB is the leader in MTB destination experience in one of Australia’s hottest mountain bike towns- Derby. We are seeking energetic and dedicated team members to join our passionate crew commencing this September and October.
Positions available to join us include full-time and seasonal contract, allrounder/ multi-skilled crew members with the ability to move between a variety of roles including bike mechanic, shuttle driver and front of house customer support.
- Bike Shop Mechanic experience
- Public Passenger Vehicle license with Light Rigid as minimum
- First Aid (wilderness or remote area preferred)
- Working with vulnerable people card
- Customer Service experience
- Bookings Computer Systems experience
- Compliance OHS WHS
- Dedicated and supportive team member
- High level of customer service
- Able to follow company protocol and procedures
- Able to work under pressures of seasonal demands and fluctuations
- Keen Mountain biker
- Initiative and leadership abilities
- Tourism Experience
Seasonal Contract
CAFE STAFF / BARISTA
Two Doors Down, Derby Tasmania
- Part-time contract position for 6-7 months Nov-May
- $TBA + Superannuation
- Busy, vibrant customers and team
- Work in a beautiful regional town
Two Doors Down is the sister business of Vertigo Mountain biking, which feeds hungry Mountain bikers for breakfast and lunch in the MTB hotspot, Derby Tasmania.
Position available is for between 24- 36 hours per week – front of house in busy cafe specialising in quick and friendly service, fresh local foods and great coffee.
Vibrant and fun team in a town with happy Mountain bikers enjoying some to the best trails in Australia.
- Cafe / customer service experience
- Dedicated and supportive team member
- Food Safe Certificate
- Able to work under pressures of seasonal demands and fluctuations
- Neat presentation
- Barista experience
- Kitchen experience
